Unfortunately, website services on the affected server continue to experience intermittent impact as a result of the ongoing DDoS attack.
Our engineers are actively working to further strengthen and adjust our mitigation measures to restore and maintain stable access to the affected websites. We apologise for the continued disruption and appreciate your patience while we work to resolve the issue.

Summary: Open Access Data Centres (OADC) in Brackenfell, which houses our Cape Town Data Centre, will be performing essential power system maintenance from 14 October at 22:00 SAST to 15 October at 04:00 SAST.
The maintenance requires temporarily switching off the A and B power feeds at set intervals to complete the necessary upgrades. Only one feed will be affected at any given time.
As your equipment is connected to a redundant dual-power supply system, power will automatically switch to the active feed while work is carried out on the other. The emergency backup power systems on the live feed will be fully operational for the duration of the maintenance. This will allow your services to remain operational and protected throughout the maintenance.Symptoms: We do not anticipate any impact on your services during this maintenance window. No action is required from you.
